Here are photos of a hotel in Essonne where our tenant stayed for 24 hours and which really prove that she was in no way responsible for the insalubriousness of the Athis-Mons accommodation.

In fact, they write 20 degrees, but verbally admit that the State requires 19 degrees (and it must go below 19 degrees at night, since the tenant woke up with a runny nose, but only slightly); this is not enough to dry and evaporate the water, which logically seeps into the walls and floors, leaving stains that, at lower temperatures and in the long run, inevitably make the apartment musty and unhygienic.

We're not going to ask clients/tenants who are already cold to sleep with the windows open to ventilate the premises?

And the worst thing is to go to a hotel and catch a cold when the goal is to be warm, even for one night.

At the Aparthotel Adagio in Maisons-Alfort, where she spent the night of February 16 to 17, she woke up with a bloody nose, even though she had been assured that the room temperature would be between 21 and 24 degrees.

It's a shame that our tenant had to endure all these horrors when she was a victim of slum landlords in Athis-Mons from day one.

It's a good thing there's still the criminal side of things, considering the defendants aren't even solvent.

We can see how manipulative the Athis-Mons slum landlords were, blithely flouting public officials with lies and not hesitating to play on the ecological chord, in addition to being a real blight on society.

And ecology has a nice ring to it, as some hotels are quick to use it to turn off the heat, disregarding the rights and health of their guests: Concrete examples, with photos and other evidence, will be presented in the next issue of DATABASE.

Little by little, we're identifying people and organizations that seem to believe they have a right to life and death over other Africans under the guise of Pan-Africanism.

People who have obviously found echoes with other psychopaths in the West to use other whims, such as racial, social, political, religious, environmental, etc., etc., to explain their relentlessness against victims of extremely serious events, to the point of putting them in mortal danger; their only and unique motivations, apparently, being only their jealousy, frustration, and gratuitous malice, if not also financial, human trafficking, and others.

But it seems clear to us that the actions of these people who act as accomplices or blackmailers should not absolve the people responsible for these serious acts.

In fact, we are conducting an investigation to determine whether these people who attack the victims have a tacit agreement with the perpetrators of these serious acts to silence the victims in exchange for some benefit, be it financial, material, or other.

The ACPR's sanctions committee issued a reprimand and a fine of 2.5 million euros against Axa France Vie.
