A person who feels harassed and cornered exclaims, "What?! They've blocked all my files? Are they trying to make me jump out the window or something? And inwardly she says, "Well, we'll see about that... I'm going to show these monsters what I'm made of".

Person X, who only heard the sentence spoken aloud and has no medical history of the author of the sentence, diagnoses the author of the sentence as "suicidal".

So they devise a strategy for dealing with the "suicidal" person, which consists of getting him to commit suicide under close supervision so that they can commit him to a psychiatric hospital for "suicidal" people.

But how do you get this person to act?

Person X and his colleagues + other collaborators decide that the "patient's" files should be blocked for as long as necessary until he acts.

A year passes without result, then two years, and so on, until more than ten years.

And during these years, the "patient," unaware of these machinations, fights against all these blockages with determination, courage, and bravery, without ever giving the impression that he intends to submit to adversity.

Question: Did the person who made the diagnosis have all the elements necessary to make such a diagnosis?

What is the therapeutic basis of the management strategy implemented?

And above all... How many years can a "patient" be "tested" without his knowledge, without going from the therapeutic aspect to the "criminal = relentlessness, charlatanism, harassment, etc." aspect?

After about ten years... Can the family, professional, social, sports, etc. life put between brackets be made up for?

Who is responsible for repairing the damage accumulated during those ten years?

Didn't all the public, semi-public and private institutions and individuals involved in these years of "testing" have a specific protocol to follow?

More concretely, isn't a judicial decision necessary to put the life of a "patient" on hold for more than ten years?

Namely, that the method used to “test” the patient” was applied in an unpremeditated way to a secretary, obviously involved in the ‘testing’ process.

The reactions of the “testers” led us to conclude that they found their own method, applied in just a few minutes, on a person who was “not suicidal (since she was working and actively participating in the tests”)... “unbearable” and “inadmissible”.

Yet they applied it for over ten years to a “suicidal patient”.

Questions: Were they really tests?

Or a shameless attempt to gain control with an undeclared objective: Either we succeed in controlling this patient... Or he dies.

We're tempted to think so, since they were clearly prepared to continue, despite the negative results.

We believe that Africans who try to control other Africans under the guise of pan-Africanism were acting in complicity with others in the West... But not everyone has yet been identified.

In other words, although there were suspicions about the “tests”, the purpose of these “tests” was not understood at the outset, and above all, the principals were not known.

The initial strategy was therefore simple: to demonstrate that the “tests” were unnecessary, so that they could be stopped.

Since this strategy didn't work, and the principals still hadn't been identified, the next step was to take action and communicate on the subject, in the hope that the principals would finally understand that what they were doing was pointless... But obviously... They weren't ready to admit that.

The other hypothesis was that several non-complicit protagonists had acted with the aim of controlling the “patient”, without thinking of the consequences of their actions.

But after more than ten years, any amateur could have realized that the method didn't work... No ?

So who is responsible for the damage accumulated over all this time?

And in the event of the “patient's” death, would the testers and their principals - assuming the latter existed - be honest enough to admit to the “patient's” family that they had finally killed him after more than ten years of “testing”?

Do you have to be Einstein to deduce that such a large number of protagonists would certainly not mobilize for a “patient” of little value?

Which necessarily implies that the damages must be quite substantial after more than ten years.

And this consequent amount of damage value is probably the reason why the “tests” were not stopped, because it was absolutely necessary for the objective to work so that they wouldn't be obliged to compensate the said “patient” and his heirs.

In short, they conduct completely illegal “tests”, and when these fail to produce the expected results, they insist on continuing them so as not to have to compensate the “patient”... At the risk of killing the latter.

We believe, however, that these “tests” would be less harmful were it not for their totally unacceptable duration, and the fact that they are carried out without the consent of the “patient”, who seems to be regarded as a disposable puppet doll, instead of a being with a brain that adapts to evolution; the “testers” clearly having no capacity to adapt to the successive failures of their “tests”.

If you were in the shoes of the various protagonists and “testers”, what would you have in mind after such a disaster?

Especially knowing that you had no hesitation in acting publicly?

What about the public, para-public and private entities that were involved?

It's a good thing that compensation systems and professional liability insurance exist.

But given the seriousness of the facts, and above all their consequences, it seems to us that a criminal aspect does exist... But it looks that the courts are overloaded in this field
