Proof of payment in legal proceedings

Proof of payment in legal proceedings

In France, and in most other developed countries, it is a legal obligation to give a receipt or invoice to a customer who requests it. Not only does this enable the customer to be reimbursed, but it can also be used as evidence in all kinds of cases and proceedings before the courts, the authorities and, in particular, the tax authorities.

As I'm involved in legal proceedings against opponents who often lie brazenly at the risk of being accused of perjury, it's all the more important to be able to prove my expenses.

Obtaining such proof, however, can be a real headache, whether it's from hotels, restaurants or even McDonalds.

However, my background has enabled me to collect much-needed receipts and invoices, even though the very fact of paying is a good reason for a shopkeeper to spontaneously issue a receipt or invoice as soon as the customer asks for one.

So we're forced to ask why?

Why do so many merchants think it's no big deal to provide easily traceable proof of payment?

Some even lie to you, or even assault you, just because you ask for an invoice.

Are there so many merchants who tamper with their accounts?

Because people generally refuse to provide proof of payment when they have things to hide.

A RATHER COMICAL AND HALLUCINATING CASE STUDY

CASE STUDY : CDG 1 MCDO

25/02/2025

When I place an order at McDonald's cb 95, and pay by credit card, the receipt comes out with the proof of payment: it's a receipt that a judge can easily check.

When the receipt doesn't come out, and the manager gives me an esp 23 receipt, instead of cb 95, the judge will consider esp 23 to be a forgery, because he can't easily check it, and doesn't have the time to go round all the McDonald's to check the receipts.

The other option is for me to print out the receipt from my bank account, which is extremely laborious... The simplest solution is for McDonald's to give me the correct receipt directly, rather than giving me a different one.

And the manager goes into a tailspin when I try to explain, as if she had a personal problem with me and wanted to fight it out, whereas I don't know her.

I've already got my problems, and many health problems... Do I need this on top of everything else? NO.

This same manager of the CDG 1 McDonald's, comes to give me a speech accompanied by her colleague, and even takes the liberty of saying that I asked her for a refund, whereas I had clearly told her that she could drop the receipt, as it was only €5, whereas I had already given hundreds of receipts for larger amounts to my lawyers.

It's quite extraordinary: giving a receipt or an invoice to a customer is a legal obligation in France, and here you have shopkeepers taking the piss out of you, and literally assaulting you because you ask them for a receipt.

And when she sees that her colleague thinks I've done nothing wrong, she offers to give me a receipt!

Of course, I told her to forget it.

And by the way, it's worth noting that after realizing that they were annoying me when it was Madame the manager who was at fault, our two companions slipped away without bothering to apologize.

And this attitude seems even more incredible when you consider that I told them I couldn't ask for a refund anyway, as I had to eat to drink my ton of medicine.

Knowing that the first word of her colleague was "You must leave if you don't make an order now", (Whereas the McDo charter clearly allows people to sit down to surf and the like, when the room has seats available), what did she proof apart from the fact that she's obviously spiteful in addition to being a liar, and in very bad faith?

Oh, and by leaving without apologizing, they made it clear that I could stay on the premises, as if granting me that was more than a substitute for an apology.

If you were me: would you have stayed?

I decided to leave and write about managers who know nothing about the laws and regulations of their various sectors and professions.

So, what could possibly be wrong with the global economic system, when we clearly have so many liars, grudges and very bad faith managers?

Probably... The state of emergency... Waiting for a miracle, like the Riimex matrix.

And if you haven't had a chance to check out the Riimex year-end 2024 insight, you can find it below, before discovering the English version of the sleep merchant's video.

CLOSING REMARKS

At this point, is it still necessary to cite cases of error or deliberate fraud that have shaken companies, and sometimes even the global economic system?

I don't think so, especially since between Elon Musk's robot, or others industrial production's robots which are supposed to protect the employees of industrial groups in high-risk areas, and the Riimex matrix, which can detect risks before they become systemic, all that's missing is the international deployment of these new innovations.

For my part, I fully intend to get on with it, and return to the arena as soon as my health permits.

Thank you, and best regards,
